Recruiting Coordinator

Caldera Medical is a rapidly growing medical device company located in Agoura Hills, CA and is focused on designing, manufacturing, marketing and selling implantable grafts into the Gynecology, Urology and Urogynecology surgical markets.  To learn more about us, please visit us at www.calderamedical.com

Caldera has an immediate need for a full-time Recruiting Coordinator.  The position is on-site at our Agoura Hills location.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Schedule interviews for onsite recruiters
  • Screening / Interviewing potential candidates
  • Manage all candidate tracking, including follow up communications
  • Call References
  • Compile offer letters
  • Various projects and administrative work

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook Calendaring functions
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Great phone and people skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Preferences:

  • 1-2 years Recruiting coordinator experience
  • Experience working in the medical industry

Compensation:

  • $12-$14/hr DOE + $100 bonus opportunity per hire
  • Full coverage by Caldera for medical and dental benefits
  • Paid holidays and 2 weeks annual accrual of paid vacation 

Eligibility to participate in company Simple IRA with up to 2% company matching
