Product Manager Job Description


Caldera Medical is a rapidly growing medical device company focused exclusively on differentiated, high-quality products for minimally invasive women‘s health applications. Our products are used by Urogynecologists, Gynecologists, and Urologists worldwide. Caldera Medical currently is looking for a talented marketing professional to plan, manage, and execute on the company's outbound marketing activities.

Scope of Position:


The successful candidate will be responsible for Caldera Medical's outbound marketing activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Launch planning and execution.
  • Sales force and physician training, including development of sales training materials.
  • Developing positioning and messaging for products and developing marketing collateral.
  • Product expert able to effectively convey value position to customers, both internal and external.
  • Trade show coordination and planning.
  • Competitive analysis; able to rapidly establish self as an expert on competitive products.
  • Market research, both primary and secondary.
  • Sales forecasting and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years medical device marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated success in creating, executing, and tracking marketing programs through the product lifecycle.
  • Experience launching new products.
  • Experience with creative development and execution, including collateral creative brief and storyboard development, copywriting, and managing relationships, internal and external, to complete photography, design, printing, etc.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Superlative relationship building skills
  • A passion for managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment; quick learner and a self-starter. Able to work under minimal supervision and with minimal direction.
  • Financial modeling and forecasting skills.
  • Strong computer software skills, including expertise with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Minimal four-year degree.
  • Available to travel up to 25% of time.


Preferred:

  • Experience cultivating and maintaining relationships with physician key opinion leaders (KOL’s).
  • Sales force training and education experience including the development, implementation, and tracking of training programs.
  • Experience in Gynecology or Urology markets is a plus.
  • Start-up and large company experience.
  • MBA
